I am one of the authors of the paper [2501.08295] LayerAnimate: Layer-specific Control for Animation. We recently discovered an error in the third author’s name in the initial version (v1) of the paper on arXiv. To address this, we have submitted a corrected version (v2) on arXiv, which includes the updated author information.
However, the metadata on Hugging Face still reflects the outdated information from the initial version. Could you kindly guide me on how to synchronize the author details on Hugging Face with the updated v2 version on arXiv?

@meganariley It doesn’t seem like it’s urgent, but it’s probably an issue related to academic papers that the user can’t solve on their own.
@meganariley A similar issue here. Hugging Face pulled the metadata from v1 of our arXiv paper. Since then, both the title and the abstract have changed significantly due to substantial revisions and improvements.
It would be great if we could manually update the metadata for our paper 2406.11624, so I can upload the related materials to the HF Papers page.
As a feature request, it would be helpful to have a button that allows verified authors to pull the latest metadata directly from arXiv.
Maybe a workaround is to delete the paper page and set it up again – I’d assume Hugging Face will then pull the latest version from arXiv?

Hi everyone, I have the same question. We have just updated our Arxiv paper and would like to reflect our changes on our Daily Papers. I don’t see a way to update it, or even the possibility to delete the post and re-submit the paper.
Same issue here. This is really unfortunate, especially since there is now the hf papers read CLI interface. This feature is super convenient for agentic implementations, but it doesn’t use the latest paper version, so agents will get outdated information.
